SPEAKERS' BIOS:
- Karol Kucharski - Karol has been working at Codete as a DevOps engineer for over 5 years. His adventure started in the Codete server room, where he was setting up virtual machines on a server. Meanwhile, after destroying his own server in the flood, Karol became a fan of cloud infrastructure. He had the opportunity to work on many interesting projects in various business fields, and he has been in love with the GitOps approach for some time already. He believes that this approach to automation has the potential to make not only the developers' lives easier and more productive than ever. "If something can be written as code, I do that." - that's his motto.
- Jan Harasimiuk - Jan is a Customer Engineer at Google. He started his professional career as a Systems Administrator, and he had the chance to join the process of launching the first web server in Poland. At that time, his duties and interests were intertwined with telecommunications technology, and he could develop them by implementing large telecommunications systems and working with the DSS1 and SS7 protocols. He also gained experience with computer networks, e-mail servers, and Microsoft technology. Jan spent the last 8 years of his professional career working with AWS, Azure, and several different cloud solutions. For almost 6 years now, he has been working at Google, focusing mainly on the GCP cloud.
