Women's Leadership and Courage
International Women’s Day is a special occasion and we’d like to celebrate it by exchanging knowledge and creating space to encourage women to spread their wings in the IT branch. We’d like to invite all the women, who are part of the IT world and think about evolving as programmers, tech strategists, project managers, scrum masters, UX specialists etc. The event is dedicated to women who are at the beginning of their IT careers, but it doesn't exclude those, who are more advanced!

During the event you’ll hear the stories of women who succeeded in the new tech branch. We want to empower women and show them, that IT means not only great working environment, but also challenges, that strengthen us professionally. We will talk about leadership and courage, about the experiences of women who entered IT branch some time ago - how it used to be when they were beginning their job and what it looks like at the moment. We’ll generally talk about the new tech branch in the context of women’s presence.
