We are currently looking for candidates for the position of IS Quality Assurance Lead for the M&S domain Tasks

• Provide leadership to temporary work teams, share expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility. You will coordinate interaction with external vendors
• Together with your team, challenge the implementation teams regarding functional content or business process alignment and make recommendations for improvements
• Be consulted, give advice and support the design and building of the M&S IS solutions according to defined Quality Assurance strategy. You will take active part in different phases of application lifecycle
• Define and maintain quality assurance strategy and processes for the application in cooperation with Solution Architect and Application Owner. You will cooperate closely with Release Manager and Development Lead. You will be responsible for preparation of the necessary documentation and reports for different test activities
• Define and implement methods to measure your team’s performance, quality of deliverables and stakeholders’ satisfaction; regularly review these parameters; you will act to improve them
• Use IS knowledge to identify and propose innovative information technology solutions in your area of responsibility. You will make use of latest technologies in automation projects, ensures test scripts quality and reusability
• Plan and supervise remote and onsite UAT sessions
• Take active part in definition, implementation and maintenance of QA and testing standards, instructions, guidelines, methodologies in the newly built Application Technology department

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or information systems management & design
• Strong technical background achieved during at least 5 years of professional experience with quality assurance and test for applications, preferably by past engagements such as senior IS tester, QA Lead, technical test leader or similar
• Ability to work independently, with minimal direction from outside
• Advanced knowledge of software testing best practices
• Experience in leading testing activities for huge commercial projects
• Profound IS application technology knowledge combined with basic understanding of the overall context of business processes and the IS technologies impact
• Experience in leading automated testing projects
• Excellent communication skills, good negotiation skills
• Software Testing certifications
• Strong competence in spoken and written English is a must
• Knowledge of sales and marketing business processes will be an advantage
