Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Design and management an efficient process for introducing new functionalities
• Management and coordination of deployment and support release management process
• Cooperation with Business in terms of scope agreement, design agreement, approvals, development, testing cycle, production deployment and post-release review
• Cooperation with other teams and applications to coordinate cross-application changes
• Management of release documentation and reports
• Continuous examination of existing processes, tools and practices, propose improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent experience
• Fluent spoken and written English
• At least 4 years of experience in Release Management
• Ability to lead and motivate internal and external teams, at times across wide geographical areas, through the release lifecycle
• Experience in application development processes; thorough knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL)
• Positive, proactive, and energizing personality, while still remaining calm under pressure
