Location: Wrocław, Gdańsk, Toruń, Rzeszów or 100% remotely from Poland  Salary:

• B2B: PLN 11 000 - 14 000 net

• UOP: PLN  7 600 - 10 000 gross

What you will be working on:

• working with clients and development teams to deliver web projects
• SCRUM supervision - making sure the process is correct and introducing corrections
• assessing the feasibility of projects, monitoring progress and compliance with the schedule,
• working with the client to create the backlog,
• taking care of quality of delivered solutions and analysis of results,
• reporting progress on projects, providing advice,
• motivating, guiding and supporting the team.

Requirements:

• English to degree C1, spoken and written,
• several years of experience in project management in a Software House,
• experience in managing teams working in Agile,
• knowledge of SCRUM methodology,
• ability to use agile project management tools - e.g. Jira,
• knowledge of web-development issues to the extent that enables effective work with the development team and ability to present technical issues to the client in an accessible way,
• ability to build lasting relationships with clients,
• excellent communication skills,
• resistance to stress, responsibility, taking the initiative,
• conscientious and results-oriented.

Nice to have: Certification in one of the project management methods or Scrum Master certification.
