• Have at least 4 years of experience in IT Project Management
• Have deep understanding of building complex software systems
• Have very good understanding of Automotive industry and Automotive SPICE
• Have very good English communication skills
• Have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Have strong leadership skills
• Are open for business travels

You get extra points for:

• Experience in offer creation and pre-sales process
• Knowledge of Automotive related standards (e.g. ISO 26262)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and PMI
• Have German communication skills

• Managing projects and teams
• Taking care of product development life cycle
• Contact with customers
• Maintaining relationship with clients
• Change and risk management
