As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Comprehensive recruitment process realization for positions in IT industry
• Cooperation with recruitment and sales departments, Project Managers and IT specialists
• Selection of candidates most suited to the current needs of the company and customers
• Searching for new candidates sources
• Building and maintaining good and long-term relationships with employees (outsourcing team)
• On-boarding of new employees
• Supporting IT professionals in matters related to their work and professional development
• Participation in job fairs and/or conferences organized for employees in IT sector
• Developing recruitment tools
• Administration of candidates database and updating it
