- Have minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (prerequisite)
- Are experienced in direct search
- Corporate work environment understanding
- Have experience in maintaining business relationships with international corporations
- Have good knowledge of English allowing to communicate easily

- Have ability to work over few task under pressure of time
- Comprehensive recruitment process realization for positions in IT industry
- Cooperation with recruitment and sales departments, Project Managers and IT specialists
- Selection of candidates most suited to the current needs of the company and customers
- Searching for new candidates sources
- Building and maintaining good and long-term relationships with employees (outsourcing team)
- On-boarding of new employees
- Supporting IT professionals in matters related to their work and professional development
- Participation in job fairs and/or conferences organized for employees in IT sector
- Developing recruitment tools
- Administration of candidates database and updating it
