  As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing group of 8 software engineers in a Scrum team environment
• Cooperation with Project Managers and Product Owners
• Motivating team members; providing technical and functional direction
• Taking part in management, hiring processes and new team member training
• Working closely with DevTeams in Europe
