Systems Engineer Job ID: Sys/Eng/WAW/0417/CJ   You will be a good match if you have:

• Experience of deploying and operating enterprise scale Lync platforms
• Knowledge and experience of integration with voice systems - e.g. Avaya ACME packets
• Experience in configuration of voice routing, dial plans and SIP trunks
• Demonstrate experience with Exchange Unified Messaging
• Experience of Lync monitoring tools and Synthetic Transactions
• IT Operations experience (Change Management, Problem and Incident Management)
• Deep understanding of underlying Lync components such as: Routing Groups, Windows Fabric, SQL mirroring, Pool Pairing and Backup Service

  As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing tier 2/3 support for Lync escalations
• Evolving and deployment of monitoring and instrumentation tools for Lync
• Capacity and performance management
• Review CDR and QoE reports to manage service quality and end user experience
• Managing health of Lync eco system (network, SQL and desktop client)
• Managing integration of Lync with Exchange (Unified Messaging)
• Managing Lync integration with Video Conferencing platform (Cisco)
• Training and packaging of support functions and tasks for level 0 and level 1 teams
