- basic knowledge of Linux system administration
- understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN / WAN / WiFi configuration
- ability to configure and diagnose hardware
- basic knowledge of general IT security
- knowledge of mobile devices OS (Android, iOS)
- basic knowledge of version control system
- good English skills
- good communication skills
- current support for employees with technical issues
- preparing staff equipment and maintenance
- maintenance of internal tools (e.g. Upsource, TeamCity, Bitbucket)
- maintenance/diagnostics of computer hardware
- maintenance/administration of mobile fleet
- network infrastructure maintenance
