• understand business goals of a project
• analyze how a new product ties in with market needs and consumer preferences
• watch consumer trends to identify desirable product traits
• gather requirements based on stakeholders and communicate recommendations for product, brand, UX and business strategy
• do market, user and desk research
• plan and organise different types of workshops with clients
• create user flows and build information architecture
• conduct usability testing (online and onsite) and gather feedback from product users
• use data collected from research, user testing and market analysis to create truly user-centric designs
• create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mock-ups
• work closely with product, business, marketing and technology teams
• review, improve and scale existing products
• create and evolve branding

You can be the perfect match for us, if you have:

• at least 2 yrs of experience in Product Design / UI/UX fields or similar, documented with a strong portfolio and case studies (preferably demonstrating that you can design products based on business goals)
• experience in working with deadlines and budgets
• strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
• willingness to mentor and supports others
• exceptional written and spoken English (C1)
• interdisciplinary knowledge in the fields of UI, UX and prototyping tools
• experience in conducting workshops

It can be love at first sight if you also have:

• basic knowledge of technologies and animation tools
• experience in designing UX metrics and using analytics tools (Hotjar, Usertesting etc.)
• branding knowledge
