Junior Front-end Developer
We are looking for a motivated engineering professional with passion to front-end software development to join our Digital Team in Krakow Engineering Center. As a Junior Front-end Developer, you will be cooperating closely with global software teams and working on development of our new digital platforms portfolio.
The main function of this role will be to design and implement testing panel for one of our internal platforms - Subsea Studio. Initially you will be responsible for implementing improvements and resolving bugs in a testing panel that supports automated testing of the platform.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement new features for Testing Panel to our Subsea Studio software
- Implement improvements requests
- Cooperate closely with external development team in France
- Cooperate with testing manager to clarify technical specification of a testing panel
- Debug and resolve issues related to the testing panel
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-2 years of experience in front-end software development
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline or work experience in lieu of degree
- Experience in TypeScript/JavaScript
- Experience in HTML5/CSS3
- Knowledge of MariaDB or other relational databases
- Knowledge and hands-on experience of any of the following will be an advantage: Bootstrap3/4, JQuery, ExpressJS, SocketIO, BabylonJS, Highcharts
- Interest in developing in test automation for web-based and cloud native applications
- Awareness of the end-to-end software development lifecycle
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (C1)
- Willingness to frequent travel to other TechnipFMC facilities and partners, mostly within Europe
