Codete Meetup #6 AI - How Not to Make a ML Project & Autoencoders for Anomaly Detection

Codete invites you to a series of meetings devoted to the subject of Artificial Intelligence.

Codete AI # 6 Meetup - This is the sixth edition of meetings with #AI in Lublin.

This time we will cover topics:

1️⃣ How not to make a Machine Learning project

We go through the most popular mistakes and failures done while building an ML project. We give some advice on how to avoid such mistakes. Second part of the talk is on the AI transformation and different roles related to data that you should think about.

2️⃣ Autoencoders for anomaly detection

During the talk, we are going to introduce an idea of the autoencoder and present some common use cases, with a strong emphasis on anomaly detection. This method allows utilizing unlabelled datasets in an unsupervised way and is surprisingly well adapted in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing tasks. We will review some examples of applying autoencoders in these areas as well.
