1. Jan Stoltman – Kotlin Multiplatform: what is it all about

As Kotlin gathers more and more popularity among the developers it sets out to solve one of the biggest problems of modern software development, per-platform business logic duplication. With Kotlin Multiplatform developing shared codebase for multiple platforms becomes easy and hassle free, but is this brave new technology worthwhile or is it just another hype wave? This presentation will explain what Kotlin Multiplatform is, how it works, what are its limitations and what differs it from its counterparts such as React Native or Flutter.

Android developer at Proexe, working with Kotlin Multiplatform at day, article writer and open source contributor at night. Fell in love with kotlin at the first sight, even more so with Kotlin combined with Kotlin Multiplatform and Arrow library. Would love to write production-grade software in Haskell but is a little bit afraid to do so.

2. Networking

After the presentation we’ll stay a little longer to talk, choose the raffle winners and maybe go for afterparty drinks and food!
