This position reports to:
Cloud Services Manager
Your responsibilities:
- Environment management
- Customer requirements analysis and service configuration guidance
- Governance (requests review)
- Overseeing Cloud solutions implementation and expectations management
- Leading and managing all aspects of customer engagement, including requirements gathering
- Assisting in issue troubleshooting, providing constructive resolution guidance
- Working on continuous service improvement and optimalization (automation)
- Working with Solution and Enterprise architects on roadmaps, designs and service building blocks and onboarding of new Cloud Services
Your background:
- University degree in Information Technology
- Around 6 years of experience in IT environment, including around 3 years of experience with Public Cloud Environments
- Hands-on experience with services provided by Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services. Cloud related certification would be a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with PaaS and IaaS platforms
- Knowledge of Cloud Networking (peering, routing etc.)
- Administrative experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Nice to have: Automation (PowerShell, Terraform), Containerization (AKS, EKS, GKE), Reporting (Power BI)
- Strong customer facing skills
