We are looking for an R&D Senior Engineer for System Drives experienced in Matlab/Simulink programming to help us
maintain a #1 position as a global drives player. As a member of the Research and Development (R&D) for System
Drives team based in Krakow, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and validation of control systems for
high-power drives and the most demanding applications worldwide.

Your responsibilities:
Control software development for Power Electronics based applications
Development of testing environment for Power Electronics based application
Hardware-in-the-Loop simulations of power electronics converters
Preparation of software packages and technical documentation
Analysis of field cases and finding solutions
Cooperation with different local and global engineering teams
Occasional international travel to our R&D center, production sites and customers
Your background:
Master’s degree in a field of Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics and Control Engineering, Automatics and Robotics,
or a related field
Understanding of electrical circuit and control theory
Experience in Matlab/Simulink (Model Based Programming)
1 | Control Software Engineer
Knowledge of Hardware-in-the-Loop testing
Over 5 years of experience in R&D
Experience in Python or C++ is an advantage
Good written and spoken English
