Your responsibilities
- Suggest and initiate innovative projects utilizing emerging technology to solve business problems and to provide market differentiation, performance improvements and better user experience.
- Work closely with other team members to define the strategy, timeline and staffing for each engagement.
- Collaborate with Strategy Office, IS (Information Systems) Architects and IS Service Owners to support service roadmap creation, verification and execution.
- Evangelize the organization on opportunities and risks coming from emerging technologies, new concepts and ways of working.
- Keep up with the new market trends by working closely with Digital Scouting Lead and follow important technology events.
- Build and maintain a strong network of stakeholders and partners to enable agile and transparent collaboration.
- Collect lessons learned from executed proof of concepts/ technology to evaluate the discovered opportunities both in existing and potential innovation areas.
Your background
- Around 7 years of professional experience in IT environment
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
- Previous experience in translating technical concepts into easy-to-understand business customer friendly outputs
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships in a corporate environment while acting as a change advocate or product owner
- Good facilitation and consensus-building skills combined with problem-solving attitude and strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with uncertainty, act independently and to demonstrate a proactive mindset
- Experience with artificial intelligence technology will be a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English
