Our Process Automation product group develops market leading MES system, which ensures lean manufacturing processes in the production facilities of ABB and external customers. As a member of the Operations team, you will contribute to projects management processes related to MES system implementations and maintenance for one of our key global customers. Real life customer collaboration environment will provide you unique opportunity to extend your project management skills by practical coordination of multiple inputs from involved software engineers and business stakeholders towards customer representatives. In this position, you will be leading execution of small and medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as scheduled commitments. - Act as key contact for the customer and single escalation point for project issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders
- Plan execution of projects tasks and major support activities in coordination with software engineers and customer representatives
- Collect and monitor task execution status from all team members, control support performance according to existing frame agreement with customer
- Proactively identify and address projects implementation risks and opportunities
- Report projects status to customer and internal stakeholders
- Maintain overall status documentation based on input from customers and other team members
- Monitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow; drive the formal acceptance of the projects and lessons learned
Your background
- You graduated from Computer science, Engineering or related faculty
- You have experience as a Project Manager
- You have knowledge about industry manufacturing processes
- You are excellent with MS Project and familiar with SAP
- You have strong command of English and excellent communication skills
- You are well-organized person with multitasking ability
- Although not a requirement, knowledge of MSSQL will be beneficial
