DESCRIPTION
Currently we are looking for a Business Analyst for various locations to make the team even stronger.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the analysis of operating models and assist in mapping target operating model
- Ensure business requirements are captured, and when appropriate, adequately communicated to stakeholders
- Work closely with stakeholders and SMEs’ to identify and analyze business process and coordinate with developer for solution delivery
- Facilitate collaborative workshops with SMEs’ to capture business processes
- Document processes with clearly developed process maps and process description according to defined standards
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience working within a banking environment
- Good interpersonal and team working skills
- Knowledge of trading, risk management and back-office systems
- Previous experience on collateral management will be beneficial
- Demonstrable experience of business analysis techniques
- Demonstrable success within complex project environments
- Proven ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Proven analytical and skeptical mind-set with an ability to develop solutions to technical problems
- Ability to communicate requirements to software developers and application owners
- Demonstrable experience examining and interpreting huge datasets, with knowledge of RDBMS principles and SQL
- Demonstrable understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodology
- Previous experience working in a regulatory driven change environment
- Educated to degree level
- Passionate about supporting the development of IT systems and applications
- Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability
- Adaptable, able to work across cross functional teams and functions
- Fluent in English
