You will play a key role in strengthening our Global IS team, supporting Lease Administration service in IS Finance Domain Delivery organization. Reporting to the General Accounting IS Service Manager. You will be part of a team responsible for analyzing key data and providing valuable insights to support business decisions regarding IS solutions, actively participating in establishment of highly effective development process.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting the creation of business blueprints, providing significant contribution to the current and future delivery of IS services
- Collaborating with IS Application Manager and Business Process Specialist to estimate the effort for IS solution/services development, change requests and releases. Play a key role in the Projects from the analytical perspective
- Document business needs in detail, ‘translating’ the requirements for development/support teams. Validate developed solution against the requirements
- Assisting in the installation, upgrade, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS Services and supporting applications
- Suggest maintainable solutions and work with development team on software design
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software
- Providing guidance or support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge, conducting demo sessions, collect feedback from stakeholders

Your background
- A master degree preferably in Economic, Finance
- Over 3 years’ experience in , working as Business/Functional Analyst with IS systems implementation in Finance & Accounting
- Sound knowledge of requirements analysis, process design, change management
- Additional experience in Lease or Real Estate Management would be a plus
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
- Creative approach to problem solving, looking at issues from different angles.
- A collaborative, solutions and customer service-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
