You will play a key role in strengthening our Global IS team, supporting business application’s development and support in Service functional area in several locations worldwide. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for analyzing key data and providing valuable insights to support business decisions regarding IS solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Supporting the creation of business blueprints, providing significant contribution to the current and future delivery of IS services.
- Understanding the business R&D processes in detail and applying this knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services building and delivery activities.
- Collaborating with IS Service Managers and Business Process Specialist to estimate the effort for IS solution/services development, change requests and releases.
- Assisting in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS services.
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert in respective business applications, contributing to technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software.
- Providing guidance or support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge

Your background
- A degree in IT, Science, economy or similar areas
- Over +3 years’ experience in IT services working as analyst with business applications}
- Sound knowledge of ITIL, Agile and/or SCRUM methodologies and/or SQL, Oracle or common software front end technologies
- 2 years of expertise in TFS, DevOps, practical knowledge of AWS and Azure
- Practical knowledge of Linux, MySQL, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple demands on time, working with cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
- A collaborative, solutions and customer service-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
