This role involves responsibility for the design, integrity and quality of an IS solution and of associated IS services delivered to business and support functions as well as IS Technology domains. Reporting to the IS Service Owner for HR domain, you will ensure that the solution/service provides the required functionality and meets cost expectations, while contributing to project set-up and delivery and to optimizing service operations.
Your responsibilities
- Acting as technical SME/System Solution Architect for HR applications
- Providing overall technical leadership for stakeholders, project teams, support teams
- Leading sourcing vendors for delivery (build/test/deploy) of the Integration components. Ensuring sourcing vendors provide services in accordance with the agreed scope & service level agreement (SLA) for the given project/initiative, meeting design standards, meeting performance metrics, including key performance indicators, user satisfaction targets, operating level agreements
- Finding the best tech solution among all possible to solve the existing HR business problems
- Defining features, phases, and solution requirements
- Being responsible for operation, application architecture and maintenance
- Participating in ensuring delivery and supporting resolving technical blocker/issues
Your background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more IT/IT services areas, with experience in project mode work
- Expert knowledge of information architecture principles and techniques, data management, data integration and data quality platforms and tools
- Knowledge of: .NET, SQL, SSIS, Azure DevOps, API and webservices design, Git
- Strong self-initiative, deep analytical, conceptual skills and work collaboratively; Ownership of tasks, ability to look wider and analytic way of thinking
- Ability to understand processes/business requirements and needs which are supported by given application/solution
- Excellent communication skills with engineers and non-IT customers
- Master’s Degree in computing sciences or equivalent
- Fluent level of English
