To strengthen our IS HR Global Delivery team, we are looking for an IS Service Manager with deep understanding and experience in efficiently managing, developing and delivering global IS solutions for HR function. The core responsibility of the Senior IS Service Manager is to manage the delivery of “End to End” IS solutions/services within the IS department, focusing on GBS HR Operations solutions and tools, including demand collection, projects delivery overview and ensuring quality operations for the solutions in scope.
Your responsibilities
- Act as an IS focal point and main speaking partner for global ABB GBS HR Operations Head and GBS managers
- Provide overall leadership, expertise and guidance to HR on GBS Operations systems roadmap design and delivery
- Ensure provided systems and solutions enable GBS HR Operations team to reach efficiencies, harmonized process and are best in class in user experience
- Lead project managers in area of IS GBS HR Operations services, with focus on implementation of worldwide document creation and management system (DMS), electronic documentation flow and e-signature, optimization of GBS HR ServiceNow and HR Operations processes automation (RPA).
- Coordinate the planning and consumption of the service budget
- Act as a cost center owner for the GBS HR Operations solutions, ensure financials of the given applications in scope are in line with the plan and properly controlled
- Functionally lead project managers, business analysts, solution architects and implementation specialists working on the HR Operations applications and projects
- Be part of the IS HR department leadership team, providing IS HR strategy and IS delivery

Your background
- 7+ years of experience, working in IS organization with focus on HR area (HRIS experience also valid),
- 3+ years of experience on IS service management or IS management positions,
- Ability to take end-to-end service accountability for complex and diverse IS HR solutions,
- Knowledge of HR DMS, e-Sign, RPA, SNOW and other SaaS solutions is of benefit
- Deep understanding of the overall context of HR processes and IS technologies, especially within HR shared service context
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills,
- Experience in project set-up, contract management
