The DevOps engineer internship offers students an opportunity to learn in practice the latest cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and build high availability CI/CD web solutions. The intern will work for 12 months at least with our experienced DevOps team making our Cytiva website and intranet greater each day. Successful interns also can be hired into a full-time role at the end of the 12 months.
What you’ll do

Develop cloud-based solutions in the eCommerce area. Continuously enhance our software development infrastructure – continues integration and delivery, cloud services (Azure, AWS) etc.

Support development teams in building and designing highly fail-safe applications and infrastructure.

Develop automation tools to ensure scalability and high availability of our services.

Support software release process. Monitor, prevent and troubleshoot security related issues.

Be a part of our support team taking care of our web platforms accessibility and stability.
Who you are
-
Graduated or working towards a bachelor’s degree in Management or Computer Science in “STEM” majors (Science, technology, engineering, and maths) / Students minimum at 3rd year of University with active student’s status.

Scripting skills in Bash or PowerShell.

Experience with software development.

Strong sense of ownership.

Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Willing to work full-time during summer and min. 20h/week during academic year.
Nice to have

Experience with CI/CD processes.

Experience with Cloud (Azure, AWS).
