The Agile Delivery Internship offers students an opportunity to be part of the Digital Experience team for 12-months. The Digital Experience team is responsible for developing products using the latest web technologies for our customers.
As an Intern you will learn on the job by working on high priority initiatives, knowledge sharing with experienced resources and access to senior leadership. Successful interns also have the opportunity to be hired into a full-time role at the end of the 12-months.
What you’ll do
You’ll have the opportunity to be involved with multiple functions within a Software Development team, including but not limited to Engineering, Testing and Operations.

Lead daily scrum meetings with Scrum teams and team retrospective meetings.

Support Scrum Masters with sprint planning and sprint reviews, and backlog refinement.

Assist the development team by removing impediments which prevent successful delivery.

Assist with team tracking and task tracking, making sure our developers are working on the right things.

Who you are
-
Graduated or working towards a bachelor’s degree in Management or Computer Science in “STEM” majors (Science, technology, engineering, and maths) / Students minimum at 3rd year of University with active student’s status.

Familiar with Agile software development practices.

Familiar with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

Fluent in English.

Willing to work full-time during summer and min. 20h/week during academic year.
