GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced 5G Test Engineer to join our engineering team.
We are looking for an experienced 5G Test Engineer to join our R&D project. You will participate in the testing of a new scope of features required for 5G products. We will provide you access to unique technology, experts, and know-how.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in wireless testing
- 3GPP 5G-NR PHY knowledge with a focus on procedures (38.211-215)
- 5G Protocol conformance standard expertise (38.523)
- 5G FR2 mmWave RF conformance testing expertise (38.521)
- Experience with wireless debug software
- Experience in testing and analysis of 5G Band scan, Initial access, RACH procedure, etc
Nice to have:
- 3GPP full protocol testing (NAS, RRC, PDCP, RLC, MAC, PHY)
- Experience with Keysight tools
- 3GPP LTE PHY knowledge (36.21x)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python)
- Experience with test automation tools
- Experience with 5G field testing
Responsibilities:
- Testing LTE/5G L1/PHY C-code – new features requested for product
- Diagnosis and isolation of L1 issues that appears during testing
- Test plan creation and execution (with a focus on L1 features)
- Interaction with multiple teams ( L2+, System and verification testing)
- Reference testing against existing Matlab code
