We are looking for an Embedded Engineer (C) who joins us in Kraków. In this project, we are creating new and integrating an existing component that grants standard and advanced functionalities for the next-generation electric cars. As a Software Engineer, you will be a part of the team working in close cooperation with a customer, which is a Tier 1 supplier for the major German carmaker. If this sounds like you, get in touch!
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in C and scripting languages
- Knowledge of the concept of the signal
- Understanding a component-based software development
- Understanding of the software configuration tools
- Familiarity with version control systems
- Experience with a complete life-cycle of a software system
- Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Critical thinking skills
- At least good English
Nice to have
- Previous experience of software development in Automotive - nice to have
- Understanding of what is ASPICE, AUTOSAR - nice to have
- Knowledge of the software documentation with UML(EA) - nice to have
Responsibilities
- Designing software
- Creating the source code in accordance with the software design and software requirements
- Taking care of documentation of the software
- Creating the unit tests and validating the code correctness under different circumstances
- Fixing bugs and optimizing the existing code
- Meeting with clients and the software design team to determine software specifications
