GlobalLogic is inviting an experienced Quality Process Engineer to join our engineering team.
GlobalLogic is looking for technology game changers to lead one of our OEM customers’ into a fundamental transformation within the automotive industry.
As part of that foundation, we are seeking passionate engineers to execute the porting of application software features from legacy controllers to the next generation vehicle controller. These software features will cover all major domains like autonomous driving, body, powertrain and infotainment. Once the features are ported you will be responsible for all future development and innovation related to these features. You will be able to shape the future of mobility.
Ensuring and maintaining the highest quality and developing according to safety and quality standards are a fundamental part of your daily work.
You will be part of a global SW driven engineering organization with a modern state of the art agile culture. Collaboration is key.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in process development, Quality Assurance activities or System Engineering development experience
- Knowledge of ASPICE Framework
- Knowledgable in Software Development Quality Processes
- Experienced in using Method Parks STAGES tool to develop and document system engineering processes.
- Experience with commonly used ALM tools in the Automotive Industry
Nice to have:
- Master’s in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Understanding of ISO 26262 or ISO 21448
- Certified ASPICE Provisional Assessor
- Experienced in QMS development for ASPICE Capability Level2/3
Responsibilities:
- Develop deep understanding of Automated Driving Team processes, practices, tools & work with subject matter experts to develop and document processes
- Perform process development activities for the assigned processes
- Participate in Internal Audits, ASPICE assessments
- Perform gap analysis/consistency check for defined the quality objectives
- Assist project teams in the deployment of processes to meet quality objectives
- Report Project Status, observations/problems clearly, recognizing and highlighting specific deviations and presenting viable solutions
- Interface with Software Quality Team for continuous process improvement activities
