We deal with projects ranging from widgets, desktop or mobile casinos and betting sites… just to name a few. Did you know that we process as many online Sportsbook bets per second on a typical Saturday as does Amazon UK on its busiest day of the year, deal with more than 20 million of users and gigabytes of data daily? Impressed? You can be sure there are many more challenges waiting for you to face them.

You will be:

  • Working with head of product to translate Product vision and business objectives into high level Product Roadmap
  • Working with UX, Architect, BA and team to turn Product vision into tangible ideas and solutions
  • Managing priorities, and directing teams focus –balancing medium-short term value with long-term technical stability and fit with overall William Hill product suite
  • Using data and listening to customers and stakeholders to ensure best of breed product is designed and delivered
  • Leading impact analysis to ensure product decisions are based upon delivering business value
  • Tracking team delivery and communicating product roadmap and release schedule to stakeholders
  • Ultimate sign-off of features for release (e.g. acceptance of deliverables, big triage)
  • Working with BAs to ensure highest priority user stories are defined with appropriate detail and are “ready” for development
 

We expect you to have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in working in a multinational company
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience deploying apps into live via the Apps store owners (e.g. Google, Apple)
  • Able to manage agile, cross-functional delivery teams (design, UX, data, operations, marketing) across different locations
  • Strong estimation and planning capabilities
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and generating insights
  • Understanding of the supplier and competitor landscape and what is required to generate a competitive advantage
  • Commercial acumen
  • Able to present to senior level management
  • Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)
