Business Analyst Job ID: BA/WAW/0817/CJ   You will be a good match if You:

• Have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in relevant business analysis and functional specification design
• Have experience in system, projects implementation and testing
• Are familiar with data analysis (SQL / XML / Excel)
• Are familiar with UML
• Have knowledge of formal design methodology (BPMN, etc.)
• Have experience with analyzing and writing of test cases
• Are a team player, have excellent organizational, problem solving, and communication skills
• Speak English fluently

As a part of our team You will be responsible for:

• Detailed understanding of market risk to work with business teams in order to produce functional specifications for implementation and validation of data
• Facilitating requirement collation in partnership with Risk Change (Business BAs) and the methodology teams
• Drafting detailed Functional Specification Documents and driving requirement analysis
• Being the requirements Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing and resolving questions arising from the development team, test team, clients and management
• Conducting detailed walkthroughs for functionality and methodology context to development and test teams
• Working with the Quality Assurance team to develop and support their understanding of quantitative methodology testing
• Contributing to Market Risk IT Change best practices and standards strategy
