• managing and growing the business (upselling) with customers in the area of Team Augmentation services within the global delivery organisation

• taking ownership of customer care and marketing functions as well as customer satisfaction
• defining a customer strategy and driving its execution along with respective customer stakeholders, expanding our footprint within the entire client organisation
