You will be responsible for:

• Comprehensive recruitment process realization for positions in IT industry
• Selection of Candidates most suited to the current needs of the Company and Customers
• Cooperation with recruitment, Service Line Managers and IT specialists
• Administration of candidate database and updating it
• Searching for new Candidates sources
• Building and maintaining good and long-term relationships with employees
• Participation in job fairs and/or conferences organized for employees in IT sector
