- Any relevant certification is a plus
- Technical background and experience in a similar position is a plus
- M3.0 enthusiast
- Theoretical /or practical knowledge of delivery models & contractual aspects
- Participating in engagement and/or procurement activities
- Managed projects with budget/revenue/margin responsibilities
- Assure that the teams follow the rules of Scrum
- Help the software development team achieve its goals
- Supports self-organization and continuous improvement cycle
- Create a collaborative environment and keep the team and customer involvement /satisfaction high to deliver premium software products.
- Support release planning
- Coordinate implementation tasks and solution delivery
- Help managing communication and status reporting within the organisation
- Facilitate continuous improvement
- Work with few development teams
- Learn and apply and experiment with rules of SAFe
- Support the engineering manager in assuring successful execution of all account projects
