• Planning performance marketing strategy & KPIs
• Management of paid campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn & Google Ads)
• Day to day monitoring and optimisation of campaigns
• Benchmarking competitor activities
• Measuring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance
• Creating and implementing growth hacking experiments
• Optimisation of your work to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads
• Cooperating with Content Specialists and Graphic Designers

You can be the perfect match for us, if you have: 

• At least 3 years experience in Google Ads (Search & GDN), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Experience with UK and DACH Paid Social or/and Google Ads campaigns
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (certification would be an asset)
• Experience with lead generation campaigns
• Excellent command of English (min. C1)
• Data-driven analytical thinking and knowledge of channel-specific metrics and KPIs
• Knowledge of multi-channel attribution models
• Proactive attitude to continuously seek new ways to maximize campaigns performance
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create relevant strategies connecting all performance channels

It can be love at first sight if you are also have:

• Experience in software house
• Experience with Google Data Studio
• Experience with Google Tag Manager
• Knowledge of the technology sector
