Job Description

As a team member, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of various solutions and products for Linux platforms as well as virtualization using VMWare solutions. The responsibilities include the development of low-level design, implementing features based on requirements, design, implementation of tests and writing user manuals. The project uses Agile methodologies.
Basic Requirements

Degree in computer science, telecommunications, automatics, robotics field or similar

Practical knowledge of Linux operating systems from user and administrator perspectives

Practical knowledge of Bash
-
Practical knowledge of VMWare virtualization (ESXi)
-
Very good troubleshooting skills, an analytic approach to given tasks and problems
-
Ability to learn new skills quickly and to switch tasks and/or used technologies
-
Ability to collaborate with onsite and offsite teams
-
English language skills at the level allowing efficient communication
Familiarity with some of the following will be a plus:

Networking protocols and network services

RedHat/Linux troubleshooting skills

Security aspects of Linux systems
-
Active Directory
-
Knowledge of scripting languages (ex. Python, Perl)

Practical knowledge of PowerShell
