Sabre Labs is looking for an experienced software engineer for Sabre’s Krakow office. Your mission will be to research, design and develop modern, omni-channel, real-time offer management solution. Your responsibility will be to develop state of the art offer management system utilizing advanced algorithms and modern technologies. This work requires open-ended thinking, research, and analysis of self-developed and team-developed ideas. We are looking for candidates with a creative mindset, self-motivation, solid programming skills, quick coding for experimentation. Above all, we are looking for a candidate who would advance innovations in offer management and air pricing/shopping at Sabre.
Job Requirements
Required skills:
• M.S. in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Applied knowledge of advanced algorithmic techniques, combinatorics and optimization methods
• Ability to think unconventionally to derive creative and innovative solutions
• Excellent knowledge of C++ and latest standards and coding techniques
• Excellent knowledge of generic and object oriented programming
• Excellent knowledge of STL and Boost libraries.
• Excellent knowledge of multithreaded programming concepts
• Excellent knowledge of C++ debugging/profiling methods and tools
• Understanding of Unix/Linux architecture and design
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to continuously develop and learn
Desirable skills:
• Experience in leading teams
• Experience with Air Pricing/Shopping or related areas
• Airline domain knowledge
