We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Manager who will join our Property & Casualty Division in the Development Centre located in Katowice. Daily work includes:

• Managing and leading a global large group of automation and performance testers
• Setting and implementation of automation roadmap product
• Consulting and sales automation solutions to customers - meets with customer, defines scope, environments, tools, acceptance criteria, etc accordingly with company standards and best practices
• Contributes of overall A&P test strategies and creates test plan accordingly to project needs
• Conduct meetings with Business, Architects and Development teams to identify scope and have a thorough understanding of Business and infrastructure
• Reviews the test scripts, workload model and test execution results
• Develop tools for quality organization to improve visually of results, utilization of test cases, fast executions, etc
• Responsible for the entire A&P frameworks from technical point of view and for the A&P execution teams running the projects (including in the house ST and at customer premises UAT phases)
• Responsibility for the development and execution of load tests
• Day to day relationship with developments, infrastructure team and clients
• Part of the QA leadership team reporting directly to the Global QA Senior Director

What you need to bring for the role?

• At least 2 years’ experience in large scale group managements
• 3+ years proven experience in Automation and in Performance projects of significant size and complexity
• Experience and knowledge in automated testing of complex Web systems
• Familiar with leading industry tools (SoapUI, Selenium WD, JMeter)
• Knowledge of CI process
• Excellent technical capabilities (Ability to be Hands On and to challenge the team)
• Experience in working in the front of big customers (customer facing)
• Proactive behavior with a strong analytical and problem-solving orientation
• Ability to build excellent working relationships both internally and with international customers
• Support and consultant clients on site – willing to travel abroad
• Working in global companies with ability to manage team members in different locations
• Good communication skills (including business communication)
• Fluent English
• Experience in the financial/insurance market - Advantage
