Every day you help our team with the tasks which are typically Java-related and need support from Java-geek and are very important in the project work. On the other hand, you are also able to grow by learning Scala from our experienced team if you want!

What a great coincidence! We are looking for Regular Java Developer to join our team! We are seeking devs with at least 4 years of Java experience and knowledge in some of the technologies listed below.

• Frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, JUnit;
• Databases: SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL
• Messaging: Kafka, RabbitMQ;
• Architecture: Microservices, DDD;
• Cloud providers: GCP, AWS;
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes;

• Good programming and testing practices.
• Excellent communication skills, so that you can communicate well with both the technical team and our clients.
• English at an advanced level as our clients are from the US (Silicon Valley) and West Europe.
• A proactive approach, “can do” attitude, growth mindset, problem-solving skills, and being a real team player.
• Independence in your tasks and decisions while keeping the rest of the team in mind.

Becoming a part of the community: You will have a chance to develop and sharpen your skills within an experienced team of Scala experts and support the community with us. Join our open source projects, travel to conferences, and attend meetups, as a participant or as a speaker - it’s up to you!

The salary that will grow alongside your skills: Your starting salary will vary from 10 000 to 16 000 PLN /month on a B2B contract depending on your experience and skills. You can count on regular and open discussions. We take a transparent approach to that matter. :)

Individually tailored development path: Together we will set your development path and meet regularly for 1on1 discussions, where you will receive and give feedback. As we highly value your development we’ll give you a dedicated budget of 4000 PLN per year and a possibility to develop in many roles - as a mentor, tech recruiter, speaker, writer, etc.

Flexible work mode: You can choose your own working hours and work 100% remotely. We will gladly assist you in retrofitting your home office. You can also work from our beautiful office in Gdańsk or from a coworking space, which we can organize.
