Automation tester - Mid Level
salary: 7 000 -12 000 net B2B
Join the core team of Ergonode, which creates a new quality on the market in the field of software for product catalog management. We have set ourselves the goal of creating high-quality open-source software. Although the product is fresh on the market, we have a lot of interest from customers, partners, and contributors. Due to the fact that we have a lot of work, we are looking for a Tester who will support us in defining and writing test scenarios and automating End-2-End using the Cypress.js framework.
Responsibilities:
- Your main tasks will include:
- Taking care of the application quality together with the entire team
- Writing scenarios and test cases in Gherkin
- Manual testing and automation using Cypress.io based on a jointly developed action plan
- Collaboration with the team to continuously improve the QA level
- Work in a self-organizing agile team
Job requirements
Expectations:
- Min. 2 years of experience of manual testing
- Min. 1 year of experience of software test automation
- Min. 1 year of experience of test scenario definition (practical knowledge of Gherkin)
- Background in JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Practical knowledge of the Cypress framework
- Practical knowledge of working with GIT
- Ability to work in a scrum team
- Working in a startup that is part of a larger organization
- Working on the production of open-source technologies - quality and openness to community feedback is very important to us
- Possibility of an employment contract or B2B (preferred)
- Flexible working hours - you can be an "early bird" and take off at 7, or take off at 10-11 (important presence at the team’s daily stand-up)
