- How to accelerate your agile transformation?

- How to increase agility, adaptability and innovation in your organisation?

- What are the success patterns for embracing Agile at scale?

About the event:

Organizations in every industry across the globe are intensely focused on increasing agility, adaptability, and innovation. The operating environment for incumbent market leaders is more turbulent than at any time in recent history. Emerging technologies, disruptive start-ups, globalization, social and political unrest, generational shifts, and even the current COVID-19 pandemic all contribute to a context for leaders that is infinitely more challenging than anything most have ever experienced. Virtually every enterprise is in some stage of ‘digital transformation,’ and yet many of these same organizations are still following legacy waterfall patterns or ‘ad-hoc Agile’ ways of working. How can late majority organizations learn from the successes of the early majority and accelerate their own Agile transformations? This talk is designed to help leaders understand seven critical moves to apply these success patterns for embracing Agile at scale as a key step for thriving in the digital age.
