In this workshop we will talk about coaching teams when there is conflict and how to teach them to have constructive conflict and healthy interactions.

You will take away some techniques that you can use straight away to be effective in challenging situations.

In her work as a mentor coach, Lucia serves coaches in their learning and growth journey to improve the mindset and skills they need to make a greater impact. She has 20 years of experience in multicultural and geographically distributed enterprises coaching teams, other coaches and leaders at all levels.
