To estimate or not to estimate? This is the question. And it matters to everyone, whether you’re a BA, Dev, QA, PO, SM, or PM. If you’re making estimations and you don't know why, or you’re leading the estimation sessions and you need a fresh perspective, then this is the session for you.
We’ll explain the reasons behind estimation, the psychology of the estimation process, and the benefits and risks of estimation, all using real life examples.
Tomasz Parzych is an Business Analyst and Scrum Product Owner with a background in QA. He’s also a Scrum preacher and enthusiast.

Come and hear about the good and bad practices in process modelling, and learn how to create simple yet useful models that everyone can understand!
Małgorzata Rybak is a business analyst and product owner. She uses a combination of logical thinking ability and people skills to explain complex ideas in a simple manner, which she supports via an Agile approach and well thought-out diagrams. She’s also a big fan of DDD.
