Michał Winiarski: Introduction to Search at Roche
Michał will present high level overview of search project in Roche. The presentation will involve architecture, tools and platform used.
Michał has over 20 years IT experience, mainly in Business Intelligence. Worked as developer, later as development lead and Scrum Master in various projects. Currently leading SmartSearch project and operations core team.
Łukasz Antczak: Use Solr as an enterprise search engine
Łukasz will focus on technical, deep dive into Solr features and tweaks used in the project. How performance is tuned, relevancy improved and Solr architecture setup.
Łukasz started in Roche as a graduate in 2016 and now tech leading search project. He is experienced with Cloudera technology stack.
Kornel Lewandowski: AI for search
Kornel will talk about implementing NLP tricks and simple textual processing enhancements to improve general search experience on Search platform.
Kornel is a Big Data Developer, Data Scientist, and Text Mining Specialist. He has 8+ years of professional experience in Software Development and 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science. Kornel has a strong theoretical background. Right now he is the technical leader of AI stream.
