Topic description: “Today, more and more people are involved in analyzing, designing, and producing solutions that grow far beyond comprehension of a single person, or even beyond what a small team may mentally grasp. The fight of Waterfall vs Agile continues while in the meantime we need to combine governance with flexibility, predictability with innovation, and management with leadership. Scaling solutions design and construction with proper Agile frameworks such as SAFe helps companies to effectively cut through these dilemmas. During this presentation audience will learn how Agile landscape evolved into multiple approaches of scaling value, managed at program and business levels, with deeper dive into basics of popular Scaled Agile Framework v4.”
