Microservices’ recipe using Kubernetes and Istio
Join Mohamed and Aparna in their demonstration on how to successfully tackle challenging tasks of migrating legacy systems to a modern, cloud-based environment
Many companies are in progress or yet to start to move to Cloud and migrate from monolithic applications to microservices. Achieving this requires technology stack that allow you to ensure speed of development, high availability, infrastructure stability and ability to scale. As the companies begin migrating from monolithic applications, number of microservices are growing and integration is becoming increasingly complex to secure, manage and maintain.
In the session, we will demonstrate one of the use cases that was successfully migrated from a decade legacy platform to microservices based Cloud architecture using IBM Kubernetes Service, Istio and App ID.
