Chcę podzielić się doświadczeniem ze skalowania projektów mobilnych, opierając się na strategii zastosowanej w XTB. Opowiem, jak rozwinęliśmy zespół od 8 do 60 deweloperów mobilnych i stworzyliśmy rozległy portfel produktów w jednej aplikacji. Prezentacja będzie miała formę gry RPG, nawiązującą do świata gier. Omówię strukturę zespołów, procesy, platformy do współpracy i komunikacji, architekturę projektu oraz rozwiązania techniczne. W ramach LeSS & Learn podzielę się kilkoma błędnymi decyzjami i założeniami.
Bio: Od kilkunastu lat specjalizuję się w projektach na urządzenia mobilne, głównie na platformę Android. Łączyłem programowanie z zarządzaniem projektami i zespołami. Obecnie jako Engineering Teams Manager w XTB, koordynuję pracę zespołów odpowiedzialnych za techniczną stronę projektów frontowych oraz środowisko pracy dla deweloperów.
