Poland SAFe meetup #13 - Juggling the Product Backlog
I can beat that each of you have experienced heavy requirements gathering process, hundreds of pages of written down requirements based on assumptions, problems with finding owners of those requirements, requirments sign offs, accepting results etc … well this is history
Saying that I would like to invite you for our next 13th Poland SAFe meetup where our very good friend, great practitioner Piotr Wojtera will have a light speech about modern requirements owner role and share his experience on the topic how can a Product Owner/Product Manager excel in their role? They usually face conflicting priorities. The demand is often bigger than available capacity. The teams set hight expectations on quality of Features and Stories. Is there any way to help PO/PM step into the role with confidence.
Piotr Wojtera is an agile coach, a mentor and a trainer. Huge fan of scaling agile teams using SAFe. Have spent the last 18 years delivering IT changes in Finance area. Piotr have successfully completed several large scale waterfall projects before falling in love with the energy and the motivation of agile teams. Former Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer with a current focus on guiding Agile Release Trains (ARTs) towards business agility.
