We’re looking for an experienced and motivated UX Designer to join our team of professionals in Europe and the United States. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for helping define and drive the future of our products. You will reveal what our users need from our products by conducting research, working with cross-functional teams, and performing usability studies.
Job requirements
On a day-to-day basis you will:
- Work with the VP of Product to determine objectives
- Identify user problems and needs
- Plan, prepare and facilitate client workshops
- Create prototypes, user flows, and wireframes
- Perform usability studies
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback
- Determine information architecture
- 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven record of finding problems that had an impact on business indicators
- Demonstrable creative thinking, paired with strong analytical ability
- Great communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
- Excellent time-management skills
- Desire to learn about new products, technologies, and staying up-to-date on new tools and developments.
