Agile: Deep Retrospectives. Or from emotions to innovation!
Often than not, we like to keep things safe and comfortable because we cannot imagine what treasures are hidden in the shadows. The trainer likes to start the retrospective by checking the emotional footprint of each employee. Yes, feelings at the workplace do matter. Why? Because emotions are the primary gate to a gold mine for human needs, and needs, on the other hand, is a source of inspiration. Isn't there a saying that states that necessity is the mother of invention?

About the trainer:
Dariusz Klupi: "I am blending over twenty years of creating software systems with what I consider to be my personal greatest talents: systems awareness, ability to imagine future, putting theory into practice and emotional nuance sensitivity.
For the past couple of years, I've explored fascinated topics, including scrum, agile, systems thinking, Integral Theory, new paradigm leadership, identifying obstacles in achieving business results, removing impediments on personal as well on system levels, emerging management techniques. I believe that it's all immersed in values-based communication (NVC) that helps foster an open and honest dialogue even under challenging circumstances.
